JAC Motors Now Offering Roadside Assistance

The growing footprint of both JAC Motors’s dealerships and customers has prompted the company to introduce a 24-hour Roadside Assistance programme and includes all vehicles still under warranty.

The company has increased its dealer footprint from 10 to 65 dealerships over the past five years to support its sales growth in Southern Africa. After opening its new state-of-the-art parts warehouse earlier this year, the company has now moved into its new head office in Roodepoort.

"We are very grateful for the remarkable growth of our Brand since 2017. Lots of work from individuals and teams at the head office and in our dealer network contributed to our local growth. Exceptional after-sales service won the hearts of our customers, which further added momentum to the growth of our local operation," says Karl-Heinz Göbel, CEO of JAC Motors South Africa.

"Research over the last year has shown customers want roadside assistance for increased peace of mind. We live in a country where safety is becoming more important daily. This programme will improve our customers' ownership experience."

JAC Motors' product range comprises its leisure-orientated T6 and T8 double-cab bakkies, X200 forward-cab workhorses and N-Series trucks. 

"To extend our light commercial vehicle range, we have decided to launch the tough X100 forward-cab bakkie later this year. With the online delivery market continuously growing, companies are looking to minimise their transport cost; this is where the X100, with its one-tonne payload and fuel-efficient engine, will slot into the market," says Göbel.
