Crikey! Watch as Truck Jumps F1 Car

Many motor manufactures like to claim how Formula 1 technologies forged and proven on racetracks and in the garages all over the world is translated into better efficiencies, racier engines and so on and so forth.

What we have though is a good old fashioned (dangerous stunt) featuring a truck and an F1 car, and a rather large jump. Both are naturally powered by Renault.

Why you might ask, well if you're EMC and Lotus F1 Team, it's a unique way to demonstrate how we "Redefine Motorsports," bringing the power of EMC technology to the Lotus F1 Team—and setting a world record in the process.

Mike Ryan, drove the truck and co-ordinated the stunt. And Martin Ivanov, of James Bond, Bourne Identity and Balls of Steel fame drove the car. Well played all involved. Well played!
